Lioness Love Lessons

We invite Mothers + Daughters 14+ to join us for “Lioness Love Lessons” a supportive therapeutic group created to strengthen this VERY important relationship.

Like a lioness, a mother’s love can be fierce, protective & deeply devoted. This gathering offers a safe & welcoming space for mothers & daughters to better understand one another, express themselves openly & build a stronger connection.

Together, we will explore:

  • Meaningful connection and emotional closeness

  • Healthy communication and active listening

  • Collaboration, compromise, and shared understanding

  • Ways to navigate challenges while honoring each person’s voice

  • Practical tools for creating a more supportive relationship

Come prepared to listen, laugh and leave healthier together after receiving love & light in a supportive environment.

Women of Worth: Making the Best of a Mess

This 60-minute therapeutic group will explore life transitions that may bring doubt, dismay, or discontent. Together, we will discuss healthy ways to navigate daily dilemmas, develop practical coping strategies, and find meaningful ways to make the best of life’s challenging moments.

This welcoming space is designed to encourage reflection, connection, healing, and personal growth.
